IBL LASER Refund & Returns Policy
At IBL LASER, we are dedicated to providing high-quality laser, skincare, and beauty treatments while ensuring a smooth booking process for all our valued clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we have a strict deposit policy in place.
- Deposit Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of payment.
• If you request a refund within this period, we will process it promptly.
2. After 24 hours, all deposits become strictly non-refundable.
• Regardless of the reason for cancellation, changes, or inability to attend your appointment, the deposit cannot be refunded.
• This policy ensures that appointment slots remain available for clients who are committed to their treatments.
3. Rescheduling & Future Use of Deposit
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment, provided that you notify us in advance.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different service unless explicitly approved by management. - Why Is the Deposit Non-Refundable After 24 Hours?
• At IBL LASER, we reserve time, resources, and specialized professionals for each appointment.
• Last-minute cancellations and refund requests disrupt our scheduling and impact other clients.
• This policy aligns with industry standards and ensures that we can continue providing top-tier services to all clients.
By making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our non-refundable deposit policy.

- Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At IBL Laser, we value our clients’ time as well as our own. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have a firm cancellation policy in place.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance for weekend appointments, and at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments.
Clients who cancel without proper notice or fail to show up for their appointment will be charged a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking or attending any future sessions.
This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and ensures that appointment slots are used efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
