IBL Laser Policies

Welcome to IBL Laser. To ensure the best experience and results for our clients, please take a moment to review our policies carefully:

1. Deposit Policy
•    All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•    Once a deposit is paid, it confirms your commitment to your service and cannot be returned.

2. Package Policy
•    Packages are non-transferable.
•    Treatments can only be used by the individual who originally purchased the package.
•    Packages cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred to another person.
•    No refunds will be issued if the client decides not to continue their treatments.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
•    For weekday appointments, clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance.
•    For weekend appointments, clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
•    If proper notice is not provided, the following penalty fees will apply:
•    $50 for missed weekday appointments
•    $70 for missed weekend appointments
•    The penalty must be paid before booking a new session.

4. No-Show Policy
•    Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the same penalty fees mentioned above.

5. Treatment Consistency
•    Consistent attendance is crucial for achieving the best results with laser treatments.
•    Frequent cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may delay your treatment outcomes.
•    We highly recommend that all clients stick to their scheduled appointments to reach optimal results as planned.
